Digital Transfer Printing (DTF)
This technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt made of cotton, polyester, or their blends, regardless of their color, as it can work with white ink.

Here’s how the DTF printing process generally works:
- Preparation: A digital image is prepared on a computer using graphic design software.
- Printing: The prepared image is printed onto a special transfer film using an inkjet printer that’s compatible with DTF inks. The inks used are typically water-based and designed to adhere to both the transfer film and the fabric. The wet ink is coated with adhesive powder, which is then cured with heat.
- Application: The printed transfer film is placed face-down onto the fabric or garment. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine. The heat and pressure melt the adhesive on the film and bond the print to the fabric.
- Peeling: Once the heat and pressure application is complete, the film is peeled off, leaving the printed design on the fabric.
