Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been approved by the customer, it cannot be canceled or modified. No refunds will be issued after approval.
Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
At shopprintculture.com, we aim to provide top-notch printing services. Any issues with your order must be reported within five (5) business days. Claims can be submitted via our Customer Service team at (888) 739-8501, Option 1, or by email at info@shopprintculture.com.
Our representatives will document your complaint and guide you through the claims process. In some cases, customers may be asked to provide digital evidence of defects or return the defective items at their own expense within a reasonable timeframe. If a defect is confirmed, shopprintculture.com may reimburse postage costs. Reprint turnaround times and shipping options will depend on production capacity. Refunds for rush orders or expedited shipping costs will only be considered if the defect is confirmed or if the courier failed to deliver the order.
Customer-Supplied Proofs and Color Accuracy
If you choose the “No Proof. Run As Is.” option, shopprintculture.com will not be liable for any errors in the final product. Please note that color proofs may not perfectly match the final printed materials due to differences in production methods.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless shopprintculture.com, its affiliates, partners, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or improper use of intellectual property.
Right of Refusal
Shopprintculture.com reserves the right to refuse services or products to any individual or entity at its discretion.
